Happy Mid-autumn Festival
Chinese Mid-autumn festival also known as the moon festival. Itbegan in the early years of the tang dynasty, flourished in song dynasty, to Ming and qing dynasties, along with New Year's day, become one of the major festivals in China. Influenced by Chinese culture, the Mid-Autumn festival is also popular in southeast Asia and northeast Asian countries especially in local overseas Chinese.
It is held on the 15th day of the lunar August in the Chinese calendar. Because of its just half of value seems as long as three years, therefore, some places will also Mid-Autumn festival on August 16. Mid-Autumn festival since 2008 is listed as a national legal holiday.
