Calcium Carbonate Processing procedure
Truck carries Calcium Carbonate ore from the mine to the mill where it is crushed. Firstly, the Calcium Carbonate will be primary crushed by jaw crusher. Then the coarse Calcium Carbonate will be entered the grinding mill for power processing by the belt conveyor. After being crushed at the mill, the ore is processed at the jig plant, where it is agitated and washed, allowing the heavier Calcium Carbonate concentrates to sink, while lighter waste rock is separated.

Application of the processed Calcium Carbonate powder by grinding mill
 
The calcium carbonate is mainly used in the construction industry, such as the limestone aggregate for the house-building,
 
the ingredient for cement-making, the material for qucik-lime etc. 
 
The calcium carbonate is also applied in the purification of iron.
 
The calcium oxide from the calcium carbonate in the blast furnace could separate the purified iron from the impurities.
